We’re excited to announce that Bristol will be hosting the first WRL event in the UK!

TLDR: a series of tournaments aimed at experienced players, run by World Riichi, following WRC rules, with the goal of providing the best place outside Japan for current or aspiring pros to test their skills!

Can I join?
WRL is open to everyone! However, you should be an experienced player, with - as WRL’s own site puts it - “solid hands-on experience in real-life play, good knowledge of etiquette, point calculation and mahjong strategy”.

We’re still finalising the last few details, so registration is not open quite yet! Registration will be through the official WRL site.
