2026 Annual General Meeting minutes

Here are the minutes of our second Annual General Meeting!

1. The meeting was called open at 20:03 by Tom Pearson.
2. A vote was taken to amend the constitution as suggested in the agenda. The vote passed.
3. Tom Pearson was elected Chair.
4. Sarah Ford was elected Co-chair.
5. Joseph James was elected Organised Play Secretary.
6. The potential of hosting an event at the Watershed on the weekend of 29th-30th August was discussed in conjunction with another event hosted by a member and was agreed to be revisited at a later date.
7. The potential of running a booth at the Bristol Japan Show was discussed and was agreed to be revisited at a later date.
8. The meeting was closed at 20:13.
